Llandegfedd Sailing Club; Welsh Topper Championships
Llandegfedd Sailing Club is proud to be hosting the Welsh Topper Championships on 2nd and 3rd July 2022.
The cost (£30) includes the Welsh Water Reservoir permit fee for racing Visitors.

Notice of Race | Launch for the first race on Saturday 2nd July will be no earlier than 10:25. The event will be completed on Sunday 3rd. There will be up to 9 races. Entry | Please pre-enter using the google form below. The cost will be £30 https://forms.gle/USKWTjpYHpTzQHbV7 Please contact us on WelshTopperChamps@llandegfedd.org.uk to find out the barrier code so you can get on site easily. If you do not pre-enter, it will be possible to do so on the day at the Sailing Club. However, the cost will then be £40 The entry fee is: PARKING:- The first 20 minutes is free to allow for drop-off. Thereafter the charge is £3 a day per car. Visitors by car can pay by card or cash at the visitor centre or via the machines by credit/debit card. Parking may also be booked and paid for on a mobile device using the NexusPay-GroupNexus app (downloadable via QR codes on site). Finding Us; Please do not rely on Google maps or your sat nav. They will probably take you along the narrowest singl;e track road in the area. You may be able to negotiate a short term part week booking, and then share with other sailors and friends. General Club data can be found under the menu "About Us" pages. The reservoir is owned run by Welsh Water, and the club is one of may users of the Watersports Centre. At the gate near the dam wall, tell the staff that you are taking part in the sailing event and they should let you through without the need to pay any day permit fee. The Watersports Centre is the further building past the launching bay and dinghy park. Please report in to the Sailing Club team, who might be upstairs in the main meeting room. You will need to register and find what any local rules are about parking or racing.
